Homay joined the Pacific Asia Functional Water Association in 2004, and elected by China Health Care Association and Functional Water Branch as the permanent member of a council, and found the first function water researching basement in 2005.Homay drafted out The Standard of Electrolysis Water trade of China and put it out in 2007 as well as The Standard of Electrolytic cell in 2008.
